Barracuda Builders has been assisting with the renovation and restoration of what will soon be known as the Waterfront Brewery in Key West’s Historic Seaport. This work has included radius concrete columns, tie beams, a staircase, an ADA-compliant ramp, elevated concrete slabs, concrete retaining walls, a concrete masonry elevator shaft, spalling repairs, and concrete topping slabs throughout the brewery. Upon completion, it will be one of the largest venues in Key West with a rooftop deck overlooking the Historic Seaport and serving craft beer with an in-house brewmaster.
